Refund & Return Policy
At Eideris, your satisfaction means everything to us.
We take great pride in the quality and comfort of our EiderWeave™ bamboo lyocell bedding, and we want you to love every product you purchase.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return process.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- The product has no stains, marks, or damage
- You can provide a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Please note that for hygiene and quality reasons, used or washed bedding and towels cannot be accepted for return or exchange, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable once opened:
- Pillowcases
- Fitted sheets or mattress protectors
- Towels
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
3. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact our support team at support@eiderisofficial.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- Once approved, ship the item(s) back to the address provided in your return email.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of returned items.
4. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of our error (damaged or incorrect item).
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Follow the same process as above to return your original product.
- Once we receive it, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit as requested.
If the desired item is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect every order before shipping, but if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@eiderisofficial.com with:
- Photos of the defect or issue
- Your order number
We’ll replace the item at no cost to you or issue a full refund.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return once it arrives.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- First, check your bank or credit card account again.
- Then, contact your payment provider — processing times vary.
- If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at support@eiderisofficial.com and we’ll assist right away.
9. Gift Returns
If you received an Eideris product as a gift and wish to return it, please contact us with the gift order details.
We can issue a store credit or replacement once eligibility is confirmed.
