EiderisOfficial.com is a brand specializing in eco-luxury bamboo lyocell bedding and home essentials. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of any products from our online store.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
2. Eligibility
By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your state or country) and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
3. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate. However, slight variations in color, texture, or packaging may occur due to natural materials or monitor settings.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without prior notice.
4. Pricing & Payments
Prices are displayed in the currency available or selected for your market. The final price, currency, delivery charge and any taxes or duties collected by Eideris are shown before you complete checkout.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected method.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We offer domestic and international delivery to destinations available at checkout. Average processing time is 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated 3–12 business days in transit. These estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers, customs, seasonal demand and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Eideris remains responsible for an order until delivery to the customer or an authorised recipient, except where the customer independently arranged a carrier not offered by Eideris or applicable law provides otherwise. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are governed by the Eideris Refund & Return Policy. Eligible Bamboo Bedding may qualify for the separately advertised 90-Night Comfort Trial. Standard change-of-mind returns, manufacturing-defect claims and statutory cancellation rights are subject to different conditions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for voluntary trial and change-of-mind returns unless applicable law requires otherwise. Eideris covers reasonable return costs for confirmed damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before processing or dispatch. Contact info@eiderisofficial.com as soon as possible after ordering. If an order has already been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled in transit, but a return may be requested after delivery under the Refund & Return Policy.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer residing elsewhere, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections or rights available under the laws of your country or region. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to use any court or dispute-resolution process available under applicable consumer law.
