Product Guarantee

Eideris offers a one-year voluntary warranty against manufacturing defects on products bought directly from us. It begins on the date of delivery and covers faults in materials or workmanship that become apparent during normal household use and care.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It operates alongside your rights under the consumer law applicable to your country or region, which may last longer than one year. Nothing on this page limits those statutory rights.

1. Manufacturing Defects

Depending on the product and circumstances, a manufacturing defect may include:

  • Defective or incomplete stitching
  • Seams that separate prematurely
  • Faulty buttons, zips or fastenings
  • Fabric that tears prematurely during normal use
  • Structural faults affecting the product’s intended use

A manufacturing defect is determined according to the product’s age, expected lifespan, usage and care history.

2. What Is Not Covered

The one-year voluntary warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Gradual colour fading or ordinary fabric ageing
  • Pilling caused by repeated friction
  • Accidental cuts, tears, burns or stains
  • Pet damage
  • Damage caused by bleach, excessive heat or unsuitable cleaning products
  • Failure to follow the supplied care instructions
  • Alterations or unauthorised repairs
  • Commercial or non-household use unless expressly approved

These exclusions will not be applied where doing so would restrict a mandatory statutory right.

3. Making a Claim

For a claim under our one-year voluntary warranty, contact info@eiderisofficial.com within one year of delivery with your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs or video if available.

Original packaging is not required for a manufacturing-defect claim. Please wait for return instructions before sending the product back.

Where we confirm a covered manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the product at no cost, or refund you if neither is practical. We will cover reasonable return costs where a confirmed defective item needs to be returned.

You may also make a claim under your applicable statutory rights. These rights are separate from this one-year voluntary warranty and may apply after the warranty ends.
