At Eideris, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and sustainably.
From our warehouse to your doorstep, every step is handled with care - so you can start enjoying your EiderWeave™ bamboo bedding as soon as possible.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
  • During high-demand periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer - we appreciate your patience.

If we experience a significant delay in shipping your order, we’ll contact you by email.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All U.S. states and territories
  • Canada
  • Selected international destinations

If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact support@eiderisofficial.com - we’ll do our best to arrange delivery.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping Time: 3–5 business days
  • Estimated Delivery (Total): 5–8 business days
  • International Orders: Typically 7–14 business days (depending on customs clearance)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your order has been shipped, delivery is managed by the carrier.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear after dispatch.

If you haven’t received your tracking details within 3 business days of purchase, please contact us at support@eiderisofficial.com.

5. Eco-Friendly Packaging

In line with our sustainability promise, all Eideris orders are shipped in plastic-free, reusable cloth bags and recyclable packaging.
We’re constantly working to minimize our carbon footprint while ensuring your products arrive in perfect condition.

6. International Shipping, Customs & Duties

For international orders:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
  • These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our control.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Check around your delivery area and with neighbors.
  2. Contact the carrier directly for details.
  3. If the issue persists, reach out to support@eiderisofficial.com - we’ll do our best to assist.

Please note: Eideris is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses or carrier issues beyond our control.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
If you entered an incorrect address, contact us within 12 hours at support@eiderisofficial.com so we can update it before processing.

Once your order has shipped, address changes cannot be made.

9. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed.
If your order has already shipped, you may request a return following our Refund & Return Policy.

10. 30-Night Trial Policy

We want you to absolutely love your EiderWeave™ bedding. That’s why every bedding purchase comes with a 30-night sleep trial.


If you’re not completely satisfied within 30 nights of delivery, you can request a return for a full refund — no questions asked.

Returned items must be in gently used condition and free from damage or stains.
